I did my research on Sucess Academy here and on their website. The interview was just as others said. There were 6 of us in my interview group. We were told to bring an item of personal significance as an introduction/ice breaker topic. Then we listened to a presentation on the school and discussed what we noticed about the classrooms. We were then given a few minutes to prepare a lesson on a text to teach to the group. The interviewer gave us feedback and we were given a minute more to teach part of our lesson with feedback we were given. After the teaching activity we were given a preference sheet for which borough we preferred and short essay questions. While we did this the interviewer called us individually for one-on-one interview. We were free to leave after. The overall interview wasn't too difficult as long as you do some research beforehand. I received an offer a little more than a week later.
