First Round - Great interview. They definitely wanted to through my resume more in-depth, which is normal. But what made it great was that the interviewer was personable and made sure that I knew what the objective of the questions were.
Second Round - I had 2 interviewers this time. Off the bat, they were not as personable. They did not provide me any background as to who they were or what their experience at Success Academy was like. Immediately jumped into the questions, but the questions were long-winded and overcomplicated.
Whole time they were basically quizzing me on my OWN resume. But they were condescending and definitely made the interview feel borderline hostile. I am positive that they were not going to move me along, but I decided to rescind my application based on the personalities of the interviewers alone.
I can only imagine what it is like working for them.
