Standard initial phone interview about 20 minutes long. Tell me about yourself, your work history, why you are interested in Success. Was asked to come in for in-person interview. They asked me to bring in at least 7 copies of my resume, I thought that was a joke. Nope interviewed with 6 people. 2 rounds of 3. The whole process took 2 hours. The first round was sufficient, I still cant understand the point of a 2 round interview process with 6 people. Im not afraid of interviews but I feel like this would be intimidating to most and very tiresome to all. I was asked many of the same questions between between both groups. They also asked a million questions. If you're going to double interview at least coordinate your questions. In any event, the employees did seem passionate about what they do. They just did not seem like they had lives outside of work. Typical day 9-6, but most said they often stayed later than that. It also seemed like the work they did was not substantive. I expressed that I was looking for a career opportunity that would provide growth, Im pretty sure all they do is schedule interviews all day. I walked out of the interview knowing success wasn't the best fit for me.
