Interview
Video interview where they ask about your background, scenario questions, how you handle high stress, and responses to the videos you had to watch. I was interviewed by 3 people, none of which were from the school I would be placed at. It was an easy interview overall- they were understaffed and I interviewed when the school year already started.
1st rond , introducing the school curriculum , 2nd most of the behavior quetsion . on the zoom . and next would be write cover letter , no forwarding move .

Interview
The interview was very standard, they were very respectful and kind, and the process was pretty quick and informative. The only thing I didn't like was the "video" part of the interview where you have to watch a video and take a test, but seemingly more and more jobs are moving that way.
