The interview process was pretty simple. I was contacted by a recruiter via email after applying on their website. I came in for an interview and demo lesson about a week later. I met with the recruiter beforehand brieflt, then taught a 20 minute lesson to a 5th grade honors math class. The lesson was recorded by the recruiter (to share with other principals of Success schools). Following the demo lesson I had an interview with the recruiter, proncipal, and math teacher of the class. The interview was very straight forward - reflections of the lesson, resume overview, past experienced, etc. I was contacted 2 days later by the recruiter to set up a phone call with a principal of a different Success middle school. The phone call was more of a friendly conversation. I was immediately offered the position at the end of the phone call.
