There were 2 rounds of Zoom interviews in the late 2010s. Questions were basic -- the why and purpose. They seem to value adherence to their teaching philosophy. Phone follow-up was standard afterwards.
Odd. Weird. Wanted to know what kind of books I read because of that weird elite system they had in school and all the yadda yadda we're better than other schools, and having a big weird against DOE thing isn't helping either. Oh, they hire on a whim btw, so you'd definitely get an easy job offer.
