I applied for a position in their HR Department knowing I did not have the bachelor's degree requirement, however I felt my work experience easily qualified me for the position. (I have worked as an HR asst. in another large corporation).
Weeks later I receive an invitation for a virtual interview for the position. A date and time are set.
On the day of; 15 MINUTES before the meeting; I receive an email from the HR rep I've been speaking to saying that they will not interview me after noticing I do not have a Bachelor's degree.
Why would you setup an interview if that was a hardline for you? Clearly you looked over my resume, otherwise you would not have been able to contact me!
I am the primary caretaker for my child and moved my schedule and made arrangements to attend this meeting.
I respected their time.
Clearly they do not share that same sentiment!
Stay away! You've been warned!
