I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (Brooklyn, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
It is a whole morning. 8am to 1pm. They take the time to show you skills and style that match a certain personality. You will have 1hr to practice and then they see how you use what you learned in a class room. The whole process is to see if they can mold you into what they want. Felt like an Army , all teacher were soldiers and same style of teaching. No freedom of personality or style. If you enjoying strict rules and not being allowed to teach your way, then perfect job for you. You will nail the interview.
