I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sulzer (Singapore) in Sep 2020
Interview
Took around 1 month, engaged by a headhunter to apply. Managed to get the interview. First round with HR, then with the Hiring Manager. Overall the interview process took around 2 weeks, waiting time took another 2-3 weeks.
I interviewed at Sulzer (College Station, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interviewing process was technical and personal. The duration of the interview was 30 minutes for me. Furthermore, I was asked about my technical skills and how it could be applied to a certain engineering situation.

Question 1
How do you perform when you are expected to do a lot in a short amount of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sulzer (Portland, OR) in Aug 2020
Interview
First interview with an HR/Recruiter was fairly straightfoward. She immediately asked me to explain my background and what made me qualified for the job and to cite the job description specifically.
The second interview was with Operations and HR. They set up a video call, but did not show up on video, only via audio, which I thought was slightly rude. They were quite impersonal, and seemed only interested in quickly asking several questions, and not getting to know me.

Question 1
Tell me how you would solve this problem - How many white cars are there in the USA?
Situational question - Your team member's (under your management) performance is noticeably worsening. When you ask her about it, she breaks down and tells you that she has problems at home affecting her performance, most notably of which is a lack of quality childcare. How would you handle this issue?
