Interview
Despite the interview process having to be virtual due to COVID-19, it was incredibly seamless. It started with an initial phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a phone screening with the hiring manager. Once I moved past that stage, there was an exercise to be completed. The last stage was being invited to a final interview with multiple people on the team. The process allowed me to understand a lot more about the role, the company ethos and the team I'd be working with.

Interviewing with Summer was transparent, timely, and very comfortable. Ruby is a great liaison and makes the whole experience great. There are three rounds of interviews and I had them all remotely. The interviews were professional and every interviewer came prepared!
