Summer Partner Success Manager interview questions

The interviewer was 5 minutes late to the call. They did not acknowledge this when they called me late either. It sounded like they were having the interview while going through a wind tunnel - I imagine their windows were down but would also expect more from an interviewer at a company like Summer. Lastly, they asked me the same question 3x in a row as if they hadn't heard my answer the first time? Clearly, they just weren't prepared or very serious about the interview.
