Omg! I don't even know where to begin. I interviewed with the Director of RCM Theresa. The interview was unprofessional on her part from the start. She was googling me while interviewing me trying to search me on the internet to find something on me. Even went as far as to turn her screens black and video off while I can clearly hear her still typing away.

Crazy questions, like where do I see my see in 10 years. I have never had that question ask before maybe in my 20+ years, and she definitely displayed giving ageism vibes which i am middle age .
