I received an email from the Director for an interview, after the interview I was told I would have a 2nd interview with another Director. They went on PTO and upon return was to busy to interview. About 2 weeks later, I interviewed a 2nd time was told it would be a few weeks. After 3 weeks nothing but crickets. I sent a follow up and no response good or bad. The professionalism failed on this one at least send a reply back or you went in another direction. I then see the same job post with a slightly different title paying far less.
