I sent in my application through Indeed. I was contacted by the head of department for a phone interview. Then I spoke with the doctor I would be working with in another phone interview. They then had me come and shadow a day in the clinic.

One phone interview, one in person interview. Phone interview was with HR and basic questions while the in person was more so to get to mutually know each other. This may depend on the exact role.

The interview was over teams with a PA, it was more of a conversation. No crazy hard questions, just getting to know me and my experience. Had lots of time to ask questions.
