There is an initial 30-minute phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. After the 30-minute interview, if the manager decides that your responses to the screening questions are good for Summit, then he/she will schedule a second and final round interview with school leaders who are interested in your application. For the final interview, they send you a very elaborate and intensive packet to review and prepare for the interview. I was interviewing for a Biology teacher position, so I was given a Performance Task for a Biology project that students would complete. The second task is a mentoring task. You have to prepare responses for these tasks and it does take up a lot of time! It is difficult to know what responses they (the school leaders) are looking for in these tasks.
