Several rounds of remote interviews with different departments/groups. First with clinical lead, then with second CL, followed by another departmental head coupled with another CRA. The staff I interviewed with seemed miserable. I got the overall impression that this is not a stable company. Like one of the other reviews mentioned, this company only has one investigational product. If no CS is found in their trials, everything folds. They don’t seem to have another molecule in the pipeline or a backup plan. The whole interview process felt extremely disorganized. The recruiter never followed up after my interviews which is highly unprofessional but it worked out because by my third interview I had my mind made up that I was not going to proceed with them. I would not recommend this company at all.
