I applied on the website. A recruiter called me back and we briefly discussed the position. We set up another phone call with the CTO shortly after. This was mainly a technical discussion around data. After that, they said everything looked promising and they wanted to bring me over. I had on-site technical conversations with multiple engineers. They were all very nice people. The whole process was very fast.
