There was a first interview with the recruiter and the HR director which was an easy and nice conversation; and then a second one with the local HR representative or manager. Both conversations were fluid and were just around sharing my CV and previous experiences, as well as situational examples. My bad review comes to the fact that 2 weeks after that second interview (1h each) I still havent heard back from the business. I still can't understand how companies can ghost candidates after several interview stages, don't forget that candidate experience is part of the company's selling point and image; and the least that could be done for a candidate that spent a couple of hours meeting your team and more time preparing for the interview process should hear back from yourselves even for a rejection.
