I question the attention to details of the recruiter. I applied for a position that I have ample experience in. I received the generic response of “ we have decided to move forward with other candidates whose experience and skillset better match the requirements of this position.” I literally have the experience and skill set within my work history. I’m not sure if the position is for internal candidates or rehires, because it seems as if they expect you to have worked in this position at this company..
