Interview
Applied online on their site and heard back 2 weeks later. Had initial phone screen with HR, and was told I had moved onto the next round with the hiring manager. Was also informed that the role would pay in the mid 40's. Had initial interview with hiring manager with positive feedback. Was sent an excel exercise to complete to demonstrate excel competency. Then had a phone conversation with hiring manager to walk through my responses on the excel exercise. I was then informed that I was among the top 3 for the position and was invited to a final interview with the AVP for the role.

If there was a conflict among your peers, would you tell me [hiring manager]?
I had two in person interviews. I waited a few weeks after the first one to be called back in for the second. The first interview was with the manager and the second was with the director, both took about 45 min to an hour. The biggest downfall is that the whole process took almost two months, waiting for the decision.
