I applied online. I interviewed at Sun Life (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2023
Interview
I applied online and received an HR Screening call Request within 2 weeks. The HR asked basic admin questions and the usual Why Sunlife and Tell me about yourself. The next Interview was with the hiring manager set after 2 weeks. The Interview with the hiring manager was for 30 mins and she asked very standard Behavioral questions. After this, there was supposed to be a culture fit round with the director. There is no case interview or take-home product assignment.
