Not a good experience. Two major issues with this company. First, they promise and write in emails that they will cover any expenses related to the interview such as mileage to get there. In my case is was about 100 miles away. This was in March of 2019 and as of October of 2019 despite repeated requests they have yet to pay. The other issue is they want you to invest a ton of time in preparing a presentation for your would be peers and upper management. It's a time waster and its easy to check out LinkedIn to see who they did hire and its usually someone from the hiring managers alma mater. Some advice is just do a normal interview like 95% of all the other companies out there...especially if your going to hire your friends anyway.
