I haven't participated in many tech interviews, but this one felt rather unusual. The interview primarily focused on a standard LeetCode coding exercise. It seemed as if the interviewer was entirely preoccupied with their routine tasks and only briefly asked me a couple of questions about my previous experiences without delving deep into my background or fully understanding my expertise.

I never leave negative reviews for anything, but this was the most unprofessional technical interview I’ve ever experienced. Interviewer was unprepared and very rude. I was told “you don’t have to code, you can just talk through how you would solve the problem”. After three minutes of doing just that, I was told “you know we’re judging you on your code right?” From that point on I couldn’t think for longer than a minute without unhelpful and distracting input. To top it all off, the interviewer cut the interview 30 minutes short without explanation.
