I was approached via LinkedIn by a recruiter who works for SunTrust. During the interview process... I had attended two telephone interviews Followed by two different on-site interviews at their Headquarters in Atlanta. This process took three months as their scheduling was really slow. After the final on-site interview I have contacted the recruiter multiple times and never heard back from her. This is by far the worst interview experience I have had in my last 20+ years of experience. After you make a candidate attend two separate on-site interviews it is common courtesy to provide you with an answer regarding an offer (instead all I got was no response).
