Didn't know what to expect starting out, but the process was pretty straight forward. After I submitted an online resume, I got an email for an virtual interview. Instead of recording video like i thought i had to do, I ended up just recording my voice. Two days later, they asked me for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the branch manager and regional director. I lied how they started by talking about their personal background, that meant alot to me as a first impression for the company. I did three mock sessions with them (so they could test my skills and abilities mentioned in the resume). It was a little challenging not knowing what to expect but overall, great experience.

It was an awesome interview, I felt as though I was having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Manager was easy going and very friendly, he truly seemed to be interested in what I was saying to him.
He basically said I would hear from him within a week, did not hear anything until three weeks after. I received a voicemail stating that they went forward with someone internally.
