I submitted my application and resume online, was called the same day to set up a telephone interview with the area hiring manager for the next day. After the telephone interview, I was scheduled to have a face to face interview with the branch manager of the location I applied at for the next day. I went to the face to face interview dressed business professional, I was asked why I wanted the job I applied for and what I could provide to them if hired (looking for team players and upbeat people in hiring), the interview went very well, the branch manager said I should hear from them something within the next week, but I was called the next day with an offer of employment.

I was contacted by an agency for my phone interview. They were very polite and praised all of my answers. She then called me back for an in person interview at the branch. The manager was very polite. Much of the interview felt like just a normal conversation. Asked basic banking and sales questions.

The interview went well, the 2 managers that interviewed me were great. The questions were the normal. They asked what would I do if I had a problem with a employee. Basically work it out and show respect to them. Listen to their side of complaint and tell them what they did wrong or explain how they could have approached the situation differently.
