Very simple. One phone call with an HR representative, one call with the Investment Manager, and then I volunteered to drive up in person instead of conducting a video conference. For the in person interview, it was very casual - just going over various aspects of the resume. I was formerly offered the position and I accepted the role and the salary. However, immediately afterwards, several days passed without any conduct. After one week, an HR representative called me to let me know they had changed their mind. No explanation was provided. Bottomline - very unprofessional and unethical process....beware !
