Interview was quick and easy. Have a banking background and the job will be effortless. You sit with both the manager and assistant manager or in my case manager in training and they ask pretty simply questions about your experience

Do you have any experience with the working with computer, what type of experience do you have using this system. Pretty much basic interview questions. They only asked maybe 1 question about my pervious job. Mainly wants to know what you are going to bring to the company

Interview
The interview process is very basic, if you have customer service experience you will get the job. The interview process just require you to listen, and relate your work experience in a start to finish detail story. The jobs are not complex, sense they can teach anyone to answer the calls.
