I was contacted by a location near me and asked to come in at a specific time. I arrived five minutes early and was left to wait in the bank lobby for over an hour before the manager came to interview me.

Are you the type of person that has to follow bank rules and protocol all the time? (It was implied that if I was a rule follower, I would not get the position because management would have to do their job).
Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.
