I was called by a recruiter and given several employment options that were available in my area. About two days later, I was called by the recruiter to set me up for an interview. I was emailed all of the specifics and was given some preparation tips. I showed up to the interview early, dressed well and fully prepared. The branch manager was pleasant and made me feel at ease. I answered several scenario questions and then was given a tour of the bank. I was then called by the Regional manager who also asked me several questions. Mostly about availability issues. An hour later I was called by the recruiter and offered the job. They emailed my offer package.

Typical honesty questions. I was asked about previous jobs and how I handled disgruntled customers and employees.
Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.
