I went through two interview processes. The first was pleasant and easy going and the second was with the branch manager, so it was a little more difficult. Each one lasted about 10 minutes. Overall, they were nice. I got called back a few days later with a job offer.

Tell me about a situation in which you had a conflict with someone and how you handled it
Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.

Asked the typical questions manager brought in teller coordinator then folow up call with area manager then received offer letter then follow up with manager to talk about training, benefits and when I would start

Interview
The process was very simple. You show up and wait for them to come out and you are interviewed by 1-2 members of the bank. They each ask you a few questions and then ask if you have any questions.
