I thought the interview process was pretty simple actually. The communication lines were very open during the whole process and i knwe exactly what to expect. The old HR rep did a great job communicating back and forth. The hard thing is though, that if you move up to a new position you make less money than someone who might come in from outside the bank and apply for the same position.
