I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SunTrust (Washington, DC) in Apr 2013
Interview
I applied online, got a call a couple days later for a phone interview. A couple days after that I had an interview with the branch manager. All happened within a week. The branch manager told me that she had 3 other people to interview. I was nervous but she was really nice, down to earth and made the interview easy. About 3 weeks later I got a call saying I was offered the position. Started about a week later. Salary was $10.50/hr and we got paid every 15th and 30th.

Interviewed with manager and the teller coordinator after receiving an assessment email and then a call from the TC. Interview process was fairly quick after that, was offered the job five days after the interview.
Asked a few questions such as why you chose them, strength, weakness, name a difficult experience and how you handled it. Interview flowed. They asked the basic interview questions. Prepare for your interview.

Interview
The interview itself was great. It was maybe 30 to 40 minutes and I found out within a week that I got the position. The interviewer was like the distract manager and was personable.
