I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SunTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
From the time the application was submitted to the first call happened fast. After two conversations then things went dark. I called and left messages with the recruiter after a couple of weeks and heard nothing. After several months I got a call back asking to schedule a meeting. I declined. Not a very professional experience and they seem to take forever with the hiring process. I ended up interviewing for another role and it went much smoother. The second time around interviewing was a much better experience. The recruiter was energetic and responsive. The process from applying to accepting the position took 4 weeks.

interview process was not complicated. the managers seemed professional and polite although it is turned out to be all fake. They are so desperate to hire warm bodies to fill a position because nobody wants to work at SunTrust. They are very unprofessional is the way they treat their employees.
