It seemed like this was a new manager that was there to clean up the team and make their mark. 1:1 Interview process was more of a rushed review with very few questions. Learned more about what the job entailed and more importantly what expectations the manager felt were imperative.

Did I know how to use Outlook for communication purposes.
I did three rounds of interviews with three different people, two on the phone and one through google meet. First interview was with a recruiter, so it was your standard screening questions, second round interview was with someone within the company and the final interview was with the team leader.

Interview
I had several phone calls with the HR recruiter, the hiring manager and two other office staff over a week period. I also spoke to other assistants that worked in the same office and was able to ask them questions.
