I did three rounds of interviews with three different people, two on the phone and one through google meet. First interview was with a recruiter, so it was your standard screening questions, second round interview was with someone within the company and the final interview was with the team leader.

I had several phone calls with the HR recruiter, the hiring manager and two other office staff over a week period. I also spoke to other assistants that worked in the same office and was able to ask them questions.

Because of previous position with company, the hiring process was much different than an outside individual coming into the company.
