I applied online and went through the online tests. After applying online and completing the tests, I was contacted by a woman in HR two weeks later and scheduled for an interview appointment. The interview took place at the University Prkway SunTrust branch with the bank manager and two other employees (possibly corporate?). Fairly standard interview questions, the process was fairly laid back.
Got the job offer another two weeks later and accepted.

Lots of questions. They were looking for a student still in college to work part time which I was and then they didn’t like the fact that I had class for one full day and couldn’t work that day.

Asked the typical questions manager brought in teller coordinator then folow up call with area manager then received offer letter then follow up with manager to talk about training, benefits and when I would start

The process was very simple. You show up and wait for them to come out and you are interviewed by 1-2 members of the bank. They each ask you a few questions and then ask if you have any questions.
