Submit online application, then a phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with area team leads then a final interview with the branch manager, a background check and drug screening are required before the offer is finalized.

Interview
General questions regarding sales experience and handling of difficult situations with clients. Interviewed with Branch Manager and Teller Coordinator. Total interview time was close to 1 hour. Overall, the interview process was smooth and the Recruiter kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

Completed an interview over the phone that lasted roughly 30 minutes. Lots of situational questions. They wanted specific instances, not general answers. The recruiter does the interview, not anyone directly at the branch.
