I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SunTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2015
Interview
First round is a behavior interview. 1 week later received an email inviting to an on-site interview. The second round was very technical and involves lots of stats problems. The interview was harsh and I did not expect to get it. I waited for 2 weeks to receive the phone call to give the offer and tell me there would be email discussing about paperwork. Overall, it is a very efficient process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st: Introduce your experience.
Why do you think your experience can contribute to banking industry?
Except banking what other industry do you like?
2nd: Project focused. Regressions. Stats Assumptions and tools
It went well. Very basic interview. Not super interesting and it seemed like they had fairly limited options for people with my low-level of experience. I would have enjoyed working there, but I was hired somewhere else.

The interview was mainly behavioral questions, barely any technical questions. I interviewed at my university then I went to their final round/super day. it was a similar format to the first rounds, really conversational and nice people.

Interview
There were greeters outside the interview room who were in the entry-level position that had questions prepared to ask you. One greeter had a structured set of questions such as why SunTrust? Why this position?, whereas I had a relaxed conversation with the other greeter.
