Interview
Started with a HireVue roughly 2-3 weeks after the posting application deadline. Questions were straight forward, mostly behavioral and some questions specific to the company history and current business. Shortly after, the second round interview consists of behavioral questions with two managers in the downtown office. Questions are mostly to understand the applicant's previous experiences, personality and how well they would fit in the position.

Applied via university job board. The interview was in person, fairly casual and interviewers were nice. Asked about past experiences and behavioural questions. Interviewers ended the interview explaining the role and pay.

applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter at Suncor. Had a phone interview with supervisor and my co-worker. The interview took about an hour. I received an offer the other day and accepted it immediately.
