The department manager sat in for roughly 15 minutes and then the interview was concluded with unit manager that lasted another 15-20 minutes. After the interview concluded the unit manager took several minutes asking me questions about my world travel, cultures, work experiences over seas. The unit manager confessed that they were planning on leaving their position to do what I had just done for the previous few years. It was a very friendly and comfortable interview.
