PSI and Hogen Assessment, online screen interview, and required to finished there online within 1~2days, At the beginning don't know what PSI and Hogen. after search, get familiar with PSI and Hogen, but it suprised me that the PSI is not what I searched from internet. and What's more the time is so tight and limit only 5 min. to finish each section.
Learnings, don't be hurry to answer question, ensure you really understand the question then tick the "begin to test" button.

First step was a video interview where they record you answering questions. Next you do an in-person interview which took about an hour. Most questions were behavioural but some were technical

Interview
I applied online on Agust 2016 and received a digital video (hirevue) interview, followed by assessment tests. The digital interview was 2 parts video record plus writing, and assessment test was also 2 parts. After this 2 steps (digital video and assessment tests), I did not get any response and I am still waiting!!!
