I received an email for a pre-assessment test, but the video interview email went into my clutter folder without my knowledge. Hence, I was rushing through it when I realize the problem without any preparation. The questions are very basic. If I have a bit more time to prepare, it would go well. The numerical questions in the pre-assessment test are very hard and you're under time pressure

After submitting a resume, I got request to do the following procedures video screening, aptitude test, and final interview with panels. Asked a lot of behavioural questions, about your resume, some technical questions related to oil sands etc.

Interview
First was Hireview interview where they asked behavioural questions like Safety encounters, describe a time you encountered something unethical and what you did, why suncor and what you improved and learned in the last year at your job. Few were video and few were written! Practise a lot in front of a wall or computer and practise your answers well! After the hireview there was a hogan based personality test and it was easy ! Next was person interview with HR and hiring mananger! Many technical and behavioural questions mostly experience based. Overall good experience !
