Telephone call from HR informing me that the hiring manager has seen my resume and is interested in a telephone interview, this was followed by a few screening questions and scheduling of telephone interview. Interviewed by a panel that consisted of multi-discipline Engineers, consisted of resume and prior work experience questions, minimal technical questions and behavioural-based questions.
