Got a call for a phone screening in approx 30 days from online application, then got an invite for a face to face interview onsite in 30 days after the phone interview. It took then 45 days to receive an offer

It was a one-hour interview. I was welcome in the interview room and the recruiter ask me to introduce myself. After that, the team interviewing me introduced themselves. Then they asked me various questions and at the end, I had the opportunity to ask them questions.
