I found Suncor's hiring process to be pretty good. When I applied for the job online I got an email two weeks later to complete the PSI & Hogan tests along with a pre-set interview via Hirevue which had to be completed within two days. Once I completed that I got a phone call two months later to complete a face to face interview online via Hirevue with a panel of two including the Hiring Manager. They then contacted me two weeks later to do a background check which took around a week. Once the background check was completed Suncor recruitment called me with an Offer which I accepted!
