Only did the video screening part of the interview. It was pretty straightforward around 5 behavioural questions and 3-4 short personal questions. The weirdest part is to talk to your phone/laptop like a crazy person.

Received an invitation to do a one-way online video interview pretty quickly after submitting my application. Had about two minutes to prepare your answer after being revealed the question and then another minute to answer. You have two tries for each question.

Everything was as expected and I did the final interview with 2 engineers and an HR. Unfortunately I was completely ghosted after the final interview. No replies for updates and not even a rejection.

Applied online on Suncor website and got a response back in couple of weeks. Scheduled video interview where each question was 30 secs to prepare and then answer in a short 2min response. Got in person interview after that.
