I was contacted over the phone and had to briefly answer a few questions about myself and was asked what field of work I see myself doing in the futre. The interviewer asked me wether I was ready to work in harsh environment (Fort McMurray, Alberta) then went on about the fact that the company is spending a lot of resources taking the time to train you and that they want to see commitment. I basically had to agree with what he was saying, show that I was very interested and that was it. Got an email a week or two later with the offer.
