Very slow to get interview. They hired someone who knew a manager but had less experience after I completed 2 interviews. It’s not about experience only about who you know on the inside. Waste of my time

Interview
Two tests and one video interview by Hirevue. One test consisted of personality questions, the other was a safety test consisting of Safety questions, they are apparently keen on safety and whether you know how to handle a situation that requires safety

Very good experience, flawless from the start until the end. HR people are very nice and accommodating. The face-to-face interview was relaxed and interactive. It had both behavioural and situational questions but it felt more like a natural “getting to know each other “ discussion.
