I received an interview by email. One phone interview with my direct technical supervisor and a call the 4 days later asking me when I could start and got an offer a couple hours after that.

A virtual auto-mated interview asking general questions such as: Favourite and least favourite subject in major, Greatest accomplishment whether in course or previous work ex. Your passions and aspirations.
Phase 2 of the interview deals with real-life issues that you may or may not have run into such as disagreement with a co-worker, How you solved it, and how you will deal with it later.

Pretty straight forward. The job posting did not specify any hard technical requirements so the questions were mainly behavioral (talk about yourself, talk about your biggest challenge, safety culture, etc). My suggestion is going on their website, read their core values and sprinkle those words into your answers.
